Should I buy the mixamp?

Kinda interested in them. I hear the A40 headset itself is weak for the price you pay, so I'm wondering if I should get a mixamp and use my current headphones (ATH-A500) with them and hook up a PC mic.

Right now I'm just running stereo signal into my receiver and output to my headphones.

the earforce px21 is good for its small price
but you have to compare the headphones for the game
in mw2 footsteps are reduced a little so you can barely
hear people through walls like cod4 or WAW
thats why mw2 put in the sitrep pro option to increase them
so if your big in sound and like to get to play some snd i
would say get the astros, but if your not really big into
the snd gameplay, i would say save your money and
get the earforce px21's. i think there like $80-90

nah, I'm gonna hold up. I was only interested in the dolby headphone technology, but too much to pay just for that function since I've already got a stereo headphone setup.
