GT5 Race Night

here is the first competitive race event for GamesWorld
racers play for Pink slips your racing for the car that both racers agree on putting up
this will be for every saturday night at 10pm est. there will be judges od course.
events go by weekly announcements so race should go by rules:

Saturday January 8:Drag Race Challenge

- first decide on whether your putting up parts or a car for grabs
- the car selected from both racers must be shared on profile and compared before the race
- the car from both racers must be in the same HP limit within 100 and the weight within 200
- course of race: Special stage 7. turn backwards until you hit the tunnel
- best up to 5 races
- racing through tunnel backwards: both racers line up under the bridge
- going through tunnel forwards: line up at stoplight
( this is to make the race a little bit longer )
- faulty start is a restart
- if the racer that is behind the leading racer hits the front racers car, that racer will forfeit the point
- if hit while the leading racer is blocking the back and the racer isn't given a chance to overtake, restart
( basically driverA keeps blocking the driverB from overtaking, driverB hits driverA's ass... restart
- if driver B is overtaking, and driverA decides to hit the side of driverB, driver A losses
- any lamborghini's are forbidden
- if a racer bumps the other, but slightly to the point that no one losses control, the race continues. so dont stop if you get bumped, the judges will tell you to stop

- before you guys start, put the cars you want to put on the line on your profile and both players must tell eachother what car they want. if one player is not interested in any of the cars, the lossing player must buy a viper ACR for the other player to trade in for cash and get parts. if winner wants neither, he must decide on a car in any of the dealership with unlimited price range, decided before race and negotiated properly with judges.

thats why theres limits and anyone can join. if your best car is bad, your challenger has to match it
within the same limitations of 11HP and 200 KG

your best car is about to have 1020hp. divina can i suggest Indy? it will show off straight away speed and also tuning your car for turns. cars should be fast and agile in my opinion. that way you have to be good in order to win.

just save it if you want for later events

gonna have a muscle, JDM, sports, event soon
and later gonna have more specific events like mustangs only, coups only, roadsters,
and specific car challenges to test your driving skill like online car drag races, where the car is all even and depends of driving skill

i updated the rules a little

another way to wager is the 50/50 method. Instead of pink slips, you put up parts worth 50% of your car and if 50% of the cars worth is lower than 50k (for cars costing 100k or less), then 50k is the default bet. The same rules apply in terms of whats allowed and what isnt.

I wouldnt mine wagering some weight reduction stages, chassis reinforcements and racing softs. I know people will think twice about bringing formula 1 cars *cough rizzo cough* if they knew they could loose 2 million dollars.

Judge be fair. If we have everyone on we can just set up cars to watch the race. One at the start to like them upand watch the start. One middle to make sure no foul play is going on. And one at the end in case it's a close race.

^ just need one in the start and following. since the lambos are forbidden whoever has the Bug just follows to get a closer look at who did wrong and who's fault is who's. one spectator can see everything in a good view. and maybe a person at the fin line is good aswell just incase its a close race.

Or, the loser must upgrade a car of your choosing, only one section such as suspension or engine

its up to the person who wins to figure out what they want with 50k+ parts (i.e. 5x titanium exhausts = $50k). Its quite easy and flexible. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the item trade limit per day (i believe its 6) for larger bets (might be helpful to ask for expensive parts like racing softs, stage 3 turbos instead of 50 racing filters lol).

everyone would just want the loser to upgrade body/chassis which is the most expensive section

sure why not. Its between the two people racing to figure out (e.g. pink slips, parts, mods w/e)

Tourney, every goes with the same car in the recommended section. 3 different tracks, 5 laps. Base it on a point system like the game does in the championships. Winner of the tourney gets something from every player.

and no.. I'll not sending that beast to anybody. Not gonna risk losing a 5M car - what if it gets stuck in the tubes like the lambo did?
