Besides... I reached my fighting game peak with SF 2 and 3/Alpha/Darkstalkers/MVC1. I'm really disapointed in myself that I bought SFIV and played it maybe 3 times. I used to own in the arcades at various versions of SFII. On your knees! Beg me for a mecry round! Bwahahahaha!

If you want a quality stick that wont break down on you, then you would have to spend more. Probably $90 +
If your going the cheap stick way, you can always mod it but thats going to cost a lot of money to buy parts and such. I would go with the TE stick or HRAP3.

You could find a TE for under 100 these days

Very reliable and most of the pros use it.

You can buy the SE, which I have but it will break down eventually. What you have to do is mod it, but again, thats going to take too much time and its going to cost a lot. I think I spent over $100 just to mod my SE stick.

Only 29.99, but its a bad stick. You need some official jap parts in there to get its full potential.

The HRAP3 is $95, but its a quality stick.

So, if your looking for quality then I say you should go with the TE or HRAP3.
If you just want a stick to play fighters, then go with the cheap ones. But I warn you now, the stock parts in them are horrible and will break down eventually.

I bought a Dual modded stick (A stick that can play on both 360/PS3) on the forums. There are a lot of reliable sellers there, so let me know if your interested in going down that route. I can help you find a good stick on there, and probably a much cheaper modded stick.
