ill be getting it for sure as soon as it comes out. I already built up my garage in GT PSP, so i look forward to destroying rizzo with a Spoon Civic .

me n mark had a wheel but all we played was burnout or wipeout and other arcade style racers. when it comes to simulators we suck balls. best i can do in drift trial is a 3 star and thats when im cheating by putting in street tires mixed with racing tires. adjust all the torque and other stats and turning feels like driving on ice. but when it comes to real drifting, its too hard to learn

they just announced you can make your own tracks at gamescon

i wish i had a 3D tv so i can get all the full effects
i heard u can see the rain, smoke, and it gets blurry when your going 200+

^ have u tried it at the sony store? The 3D glasses don't work half the time and they're so uncomfortable

3d TVs will never get big until they figure out a way to get the 3d effects without the glasses

I'm just going to play it with a normal controller. The wheels are way too expensive at 300 bucks. And even it was like 50 bucks for a wheel, it's a pain in the butt to set up and dismantle every time you wanna play, unless you've got a playseat and have a area dedicated to GT5.

Yeah they are overpriced. I'm going to try to look for a used one if anything, but that would probably still be expensive at 200 +

i pre ordered today at gamestop. I was going to do it at dell because it was cheaper but they screwed up my 2k11 order so i just payed the extra $5. Eb/gamestop is also giving away a black mclaren f1 (dlc) so thats a bonus. See you guys tomorrow

i played prologue with a controller and it was tough
the only way for to get points for the drift challenges were to put on street tires, i think they were R1's ? and tune down everything to make the car slip just by pulling the e brake
then i tried it with the wheel at EB, i think it was called the Xforce or something
and it was harder. this game is only for the hardcore racing fans. Trust ME

if your a grease monkey then this is the game for you
but if your like me, a guy who knows nothing about cars, stick to arcade racers
i got a headache just by trying to read the tuning shop page in prologue

torque, abs, traction, camber, damper ??? WTF
if you can tell me what the fart this shit is, then you are truly worthy of this game
played forza for a little and gt5's tuning is way different. it is the best simulation after all
you can tweeek anything down to the last tenth

btw you can only import gt psp cars into arcade , i cant find any info on how to import gt prologue data. Have you guys picked it up yet? I know dmarkz said hes going to be on late...

No they're saying it doesnt compare to forza, menu sucks, etc...

Some races you have to be a certain level to compete in it. You also have to be a certain level to use certain cars.
