Rainbow Six Vegas 2
so i started playing this game a few weeks ago,rainbow six vegas 2,just because i liked the rope parts in the trailer. i was expecting for an Meh type of shooter with no realism\too much realism which isn't fun at all,but BOY WAS I WRONG!
you start by customizing your character,the more you lvl up (which provides replay value) and gain ACES (explained later) the more stuff you get for your char.
you have TONS of stuff to mess around with,from camo to types of armors (ones that are more light and mobile,and ones that are heavier and have more protection)
and you can choose from a vast aray of weapons of your style,all real weapons ranging from pistols and sub machine guns to snipers,light machine guns and shotguns.
and offcourse they all can be modified to fit your needs and style.
now that you built up your char,you start to play,and it immidiatly sucks you in with amazing photorealistic graphics granted by the unreal 3 engine now you probably think,"hey maybe its like crysis,y'know,it just looks good but it isn't anything special"
well you will be terribly WRONG
the game is alot more than just rushing and shooting everything in sight,because of a few reasons:
1.you have a squad that you control and very easily : [ 2.you can make modifications to your gun on the go,like adding silencers and turning on the laser and shooting at burst fire: 3.and it uses a cover system\blind shot system simillar to Gears of war:
Storyline: the only downside to the game really,i have no idea who the hell am i shooting at even after finishing the whole game,but then again,who really cares about storyline in shooters?
overall:this is a 9.5 out of 10 from me,it has co-op features,online,online co-op,terrorist hunt (which you and your friends can be launched to a level with an X amount of enemys to kill) and seemingly endless amounts of reply value to get all the weapons camo's and clothing. BUY IT NOW !

my goal wasn't to really explain the game so much,it was to make a review that is easly read and has lots of pictures,so it would be more enjoyable to read. and i mostly did this to celebrate the forums ressurection. but with all that said
im pretty sure im going to make more of these as ill find games to download =D
+1 rep from me too. Great review and lots of pictures. The game itself is a blast. I enjoyed this game alot online with my friends. Playing this game alone is just not the same. Its just more fun playing this online. Terrorist Hunt is the best mode ! It needs alot of tactics and strategy. This is where your mics come in handy lol. W/O a Mic, your screwed haha. I love this game and I still do play it. Too bad my Xbox died. I feel like playing this right now haha.

I dont think the PC version would work for me man. Im running a slow computer. Windows 2000 =/ I bought a copy of Starcraft along time ago hoping it would work. It was hella laggy But the quote button works for me lol. Maybe its just you ? haha
